Am I Enlightened ("the App") is operated by Jyothi Kiran ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

• Account information — your name and email address, collected via Clerk authentication when you sign up.
• Date of birth — used to calculate your astrological profile (sun sign, moon sign, element). Stored locally on your device and in your account profile.
• Location — approximate location is requested optionally to provide weather-based daily scenarios. Location is never stored on our servers.
• Usage data — scenario responses and session data stored locally on your device via localStorage. Not transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To personalize your daily spiritual scenarios based on your astrological profile
• To provide weather-based scenarios relevant to your location
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk — authentication and user account management. See Clerk Privacy Policy.
• Render — API hosting. Processes your questions to the spiritual guide.
• Open-Meteo — weather data. No personal data is shared, only your approximate coordinates.

4. Data Storage

Most user data (scenario responses, answered questions, preferences) is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers. Your account information is stored securely by Clerk.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at jyoleo.education@gmail.com.
